Search ButtonOnce you have selected your criteria, Hit Search. The search results would appear based on your search criteria. If you are satisfied with your results, you can save the search. At the time you save your search, you will be prompted to create a new requisition or associate your search with an existing requisition. Every search needs to be associated with a requisition in order to qualify candidates. |
Search Results
Candidate SummaryWill display the Name, Title, Current company, Location, Total Experience, Functional Experience Tenure, Education, Matching the number of’ Must Haves, Like to Haves (if selected) and Company Match (if selected),Toggle DisplayThis defaults to the Metric view. You have the ability to change this to “List” view and “Expanded View” Sort by (top right) is defaulted by Relevancy, an algorithm that is calculated based on all your requirements. You have the ability to Sort by “Must Haves”Refine ResultsRefine your search result to only view those that contain all the requirements that you selectLikely to JumpYou can check this box to identify those candidates that may likely change jobs (based on average tenure and other factors)Selecting qualified candidatesCreate a requisition first if you have not created one during saving a search. You can create a new requisition for your search by clicking the Requisition Box on the top right corner of the search results page. Enter your requisition name and other optional fields and then Submit. Your requisition has now been created!Qualifying and Disqualify candidatesFor any potential candidate, you can select them individually by selecting the person icon (moving them to Prospect) or disqualify them. You have the ability to do this in mass by selecting them on the left side and using the icons at the top. All candidate dispositions will be identified by a Green Circle (qualified) or Red Circle (disqualified) on their profile pictureCopy to a Req ButtonYou have the ability to copy your Search criteria into a RequisitionGo to Requisition ButtonClick the right-facing arrow to take you to the Requisition Page where you can view your Prospected CandidatesDetail Candidate ProfileClick on a candidate’s name on the search results to review their detail. You will come up with the screen below. The Left Navigation Panel lists all your candidates from the search, and you can scroll through each candidate detail page. |
