Search Criteria Side Panel
Enter the Job Title of the candidates you want to search.
New Search Button
you have the ability to start a new Search by Clicking the “+” at the top
Have your Search criteria using the button at the top, or “Save As”
Copy Req Button
You have the ability to copy your Search criteria into a Requisition
Clear Filters Button
You can clear your entire search criteria
Ability to enter City, State or, Zip Code, and the number of miles from the location. The default is 30 miles from the specified city or zip code
Once you have selected your criteria, Hit Search
will display the Name, Title, Current company, Location, Total Experience, Functional Experience Tenure, Education, Matching the number of’ Must Haves, Like to Haves (if selected) and Company Match (if selected),
this defaults to the Metric view. You have the ability to change this to “List” view and “Expanded View” Sort by (top right) is defaulted by Relevancy, an algorithm that is calculated based on all your requirements. You have the ability to Sort by “Must Haves”
Likely to Jump
you can check this box to identify those candidates that may likely change jobs (based on average tenure and other factors)
Selecting qualified candidates
If you are satisfied with your search results, and want to narrow down your qualified candidate pool, you need to create a requisition first. This can easily be done by clicking on the Requisition box towards the top right and selecting + New Requisition. Enter your requisition name and optional fields, and then submit. Your requisition has now been created!
Qualifying and Disqualify candidates
For any potential candidate, you can select them individually by selecting the person icon (moving them to Prospect) or disqualify them. You have the ability to do this in mass by selecting them on the left side and using the icons at the top. All candidate dispositions will be identified by a Green Circle (qualified) or Red Circle (disqualified) on their profile picture
Click the right-facing arrow to take you to the Requisition Page where you can view your Prospected Candidates
Detail Candidate Profile
Click on a candidate’s name on the search results to review their detail. You will come up with the screen below. The Left Navigation Panel lists all your candidates from the search, and you can scroll through each candidate detail page.
displays the available contact info, including a LinkedIn link
Displays all the products the candidate has, including the matching skills.
Compares the search requirements (Must Haves, Like to Haves, Company Match) with the candidate’s skills and shows the matched tags in Bold.
Search Match (Drop-down)
Default (All). Also has an ability to view the search match graphic by ‘Must Haves’, ‘Like to Haves’ & ‘Company Match’.

Summary of Education
Displays a summary of previous positions in the candidate’s work history
Displays the Candidate’s years of Experience per Skill. Items in Bold are the matched skills/products.
