Entering A New Requisition
You can run a search directly from the Requisition page, by entering the Requisition details on this page. The Left Panel has all your current Reqs.New RequisitionName the Req at the top of the page. If you do enter this in, it will default to the Job TitleRequisition Job TitleMandatory FieldRecruiterDefaulted to the user, but you can select another RecruiterHiring ManagerOptional FieldRequired by DateOptional FieldStatusDefaults to Open. Requisition List & Overview Page
You can view all your current requisitions, whether there is a Draft or all the Open ones by clicking on req on the left side (highlights in orange). At the top, you have the ability to Filter by Recruiter or Hiring Manager. Any you can click on the + icon to create a new Req. The previously saved searches under the highlighted req will appear on the right side. For each search, you click the icon to copy the requirements into a new search, or you have the ability to delete the search. There is also the ability to filter several fields at the top. Reviewing your pipeline – you can view any of your candidates at any stage in the pipeline, by selecting the Prospect, Short List, Screen, Manager, Interview, Offer ad Hire icons at the top. |

ProspectThis is the initial list of candidates you identified from your search, that were qualified. You can double-check their summary profile here, review this with the hiring manager, and then move any candidate to the Short List to be contacted. You can do this individually by moving the green box to the right. Or you can do it in mass by selecting the check box on the left side of the name and move it using the appropriate stage from the header.StatusAt each point in the Pipeline, you have the ability to optionally select the Status of the candidate. |
